DASIT Recharging

DASIT Recharging is a Newfoundland and Labrador owned operated fire protection company. We have been serving the province from our Grand Falls – Windsor location since 1982.

Engineering, installation and servicing is provided for the following:

• Fire-Pro aerosol fire suppression, the latest, safest technology in fire fighting
• Wet and dry fire suppression systems for vehicles/machinery, paint booths and hazardous material storage vaults
• Customized kitchen systems, including exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, fire-proofing and stainless-steel backsplashes
• Deluge suppression systems, including Water Mist

In May of 2021, Ben Pitcher acquired Dasit Recharging. As owner/operator of Valmin Fire Protection Ltd, Ben has over 25 years of experience in the fire protection industry. His previous work experience including the Canaport LNG Terminal in New Brunswick, Aker-Stord Semi-submersible Drill Rig Project in Norway and the Ormen Lange EPC Natural Gas Plant in Norway has also given him widespread knowledge in project management, commissioning, and testing.
